Can you help me read this gp note see pic

I have been trying to find out why I went to SEN school so asked for my GP notes incase there was anything cant find anything but coming across other stuff. The notes in the pic seem to be from 1977 -80s can anyone read them ? Thank you

Is it menthol syrup on one line?

I think it’s Merbentyl Syrup.

I think Merbentyl syrup is probably right! (Merbeverine, used for tummy cramps).

It’s dicycloverine - used for the same thing though.

Oh sorry, I always thought they were the same thing! I looked it up now and learned they were not! Both used in colic I guess.

It was both . I have nothing to loose by trying.

Why do you think you went to the secondary school, do you have suspicions or no idea? Like people have said, your answers are more likely to be found in the local authority records (of which I know nothing) or from the hospital which does now include school nurse records and child mental health (which includes SEN) but they are meant to be destroyed after 25 years anyway under GDPR. But you could give it a go as not all hospitals have had time to destroy everything within the timeframe.
