Inspired by another post about what people can’t do.. what CAN you do?

I can:
Whistle through my tongue when it’s rolled up
Play the piano and guitar by ear (not at same time)
Remember birthdays
Balance on one foot for a VERY long time without wobbling

All useful life skills, as you can imagine.

calm in a crisis
I run the Sunday school and have been told many times I’m a very good teacher but this is not my job. Both parents were teachers so I suppose it’s in the genes

Being invisible.
Watching life go past.
Looking at Mumsnet threads.
Riding Motorcycles.
Cycling.
Driving carefully.
Aging well.
Punctuality.
Using my Microwave Oven.
Growing Strawberries,Raspberries,
Delphiniums,Wallflowers.
Mowing Lawns.

My special skill is not much called for these days. When doing any kind of mailing at work, I have an uncanny knack of being able to select the correct number of envelopes without counting them. I'm out of practice though. I'm pretty good at eyeballing things in general.

This aged quickly and badly :D

I'm outstanding at being just okay enough at most things.

Getting urine samples from dogs, and getting tablets into grumpy cats.

Threading sewing needles.

Hate sewing tho, so it's mostly a pointless skill.

I’m really good at choosing avocados … and knowing how many days before they’re perfect 😂 I can throw anything across a room and land it in a waste paper basket/bin 🤷🏼‍♀️
