And approximately how old are you?

I’m 40 and there were always multiple Kevins in a class.

In High school it was Kevin again for the boys and Fiona and Catherine for the girls. There were about 4 of each in my class.

Born in the mid sixties, I have five friends named Alison.

Three of my mother’s closest friends are called Pauline 😄

I'm out of touch with what people are calling babies now. What decade and names are at the forefront of fashion that will catch on in future?

Pemba · 26/05/2025 09:12

I was born in the early 60s, a lot of classmates were Sarah, Tracey, Karen (nothing wrong with it!), Theresa, Julie, Amanda, Claire, Debbie, Susan . Also a lot of classic Janes, Annes and Catherines.

Boys were David, Michael, Mark, Paul, Andrew, Stephen, Richard.

Early 60s. Loads of Janes and Sarahs. I do think it's not just about when you were born, it's also about what kind of school/area you want to. Mine was a fee-paying boarding school.

I don't think there were any Michelles, Yvonnes, Kellys. I remember Francescas, Annabels, Rebeccas.
