The bill is described as balanced, with a focus on real tools, full disconnection from Russian ties, and guaranteed independence for NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) and SAPO (Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutorβs Office).
The draft law will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada today.
βοΈThe bill restores all powers and guarantees the independence of anti-corruption bodies β NABU has responded to President Zelenskyyβs proposed legislation.
NABU and SAPO were also involved in drafting the bill.
Key provisions include:
β’ The Prosecutor General is prohibited from assigning cases under NABUβs jurisdiction to any other investigative body.
β’ The only exception is if βobjective circumstancesβ under martial law make it impossible for NABU to conduct the investigation.
β’ Employees of NABU, SAPO, the Bureau of Economic Security, the Prosecutor Generalβs Office, and the State Bureau of Investigation must undergo a polygraph test every two years to assess any potential involvement in actions benefiting Russia.

βOur task is to create game changers for the war β from drones to explosives β and produce them in the necessary volumes,β Fedorov said.
The grant program includes:

β«οΈ technical review by Ukraineβs security and defense forces;
β«οΈ product testing with a control commission;
β«οΈ oversight at every stage of project implementation.
Grant recipients can use funds to expand production, buy equipment, chemical components, and key systems.
