I'm about to start these to bring blood /sugar down and lose weight.
Any advice on foods to have avoid would be welcome and how to navigate side effects of they arise.

I didn't think the tablets had been developed yet. What are they named? Where did you get them from?

NHS Grampian.. don't know the brand name.
They are prescribed for diabetic health as in high blood sugar levels and obesity and you've to meet NHS Grampian criteria to get them.

My mum’s on a trial of these. She hasn’t had new bloods yet to see if they’re working on her diabetes but she’s lost a stone!

I took they for over a year. If you search my username you will find the threads, going back to March 2023. I vomited a lot if I ate fatty food, spicy food or alcohol. A bland diet was ok. Cheese tomatoes absolutely no. Bit I'm just a sample of one, you will need to find out for yourself.
