Will they just make me feel less hungry? How fast do they work?
In reality I probably need to loose at least 3 stone.
However I'd be very happy with one and half

I'm scared to take more where do I get them from.

The price will vary as different doses have different prices and it'll depend on whether your eligible for promo codes etc. I've attached a retail price list and a discounted one. It's a great resource as they're updated regularly.

Also if you don't know the answers to how they work etc then definitely do more research before committing to them as lots of people think they're a magic cure, you still have to make the right choices and be in a calorie deficit for them to work, they just make it easier for you to make sensible choices.

In the same breath you're scared yet asking where to get them from. What an unusual post.

Yes but the point is you feel like eating less than you normally would. Which is a bit like magic.

It's a about £150 a month. You need to be obese or overweight with added "conditions".
Most people lose lots in a month. If you come straight off after that you will probably go back to eating like you did before.

Fatbride · 15/05/2025 23:44

@Overhaul54 not necessarily, you have to be mindful of the choices you are making. Many people have taken them and carried on eating high calorie foods and drinking high calorie drinks, albeit in smaller quantities and haven't lost anything.

They are not a magic wand. They help you lose weight by making you feel less hungry and by slowing down your digestion so you feel fuller.
you still have to make long term lifestyle changes.

You have to massively reduce your calorie intake, exercise regularly, stay very hydrated and increase your protein intake.

I have lost just short of 5 stone. It has been slow and steady for me and also consistent. The way I eat now is worlds apart from how I ate before.

for long term sustainable results you need a huge lifestyle change
