I’m feeling under the weather today got sent home from work yesterday as had high temperature sore throat etc so I’m snuggled under a blanket watching the chase

I’m on the sofa with a horrible cold. The children are going to ask for dinner soon and I really cba. Bad mother dinner it is tonight

I'm sat at the side in a sweltering hot swimming pool whilst DD is doing Rookies.

I'm officially working, but I'm clocking off in a few minutes then I'm taking the car for its MOT.

Ds2 friend has just gone home a few minutes ago. Ds1s friend is going at 6. I might go cut up potatoes to make homemade chips in a minute. I'm odd and won't start cooking until friend has been collected as I hate having food in the oven while people call in for a cuppa.

Sitting on the sofa with DP watching The Chase, the chilli in the slow cooker is smelling amazing so we might have dinner earlier than usual tonight.
DS1 is in the garden room on his new birthday present golf projector thing and DS2 is upstairs playing Fortnite with his friends online.

Just put a bottle of Gavi in the freezer. Long week

Lying in bed trying not to throw up or cough myself into oblivion. I have a bacterial chest infection, a throat infection, and infected lymph node in my neck and "somewhat crackly lungs". I have a banging headache, I'm hungry but can't eat, I'm boiling hot and freezing at the same time and am feeling VERY SORRY FOR MYSELF. Can you tell? 🤣
