We've just had a toad in the hole, cavalo nero, green beans and mash, with onion gravy 😋😋

Chicken stew, that I had frozen, with steamed potatoes, and broccoli. Simple, and easy. I was contemplating a roast, but easy won.

We had hello fresh meatball Rogan Josh. If I made it again I would tweak it but quite tasty!

We're having hamburgers , cooked with a slice of bacon on the top, with all the trimmings, sliced pickle, cheese slices, mustard, ketchup, spicy crisps, fried hash browns with mixed veg, coleslaw, and chocolate brownies for dessert.

Ramen

Turkey steak, peas and gravy. Suspected galltones so have to follow low far diet. Follow a gluten free diet and can't eat potatoes. It all pretty grim.at moment. Would have loved roast pork stuffing, Jersey Royals,veg and gravy, followed by apple crumble and custard😂a bit of dsrk chocolate after would have been nice too!!

I’ve opened my Christmas chocolates ( I’m unbelievably slow this year 🤣).

Salmon with rice and broccoli in a teriyaki glaze. Was V nice.

Pasta bake and wine! Was meant to have it yesterday but dd kept me up late!

@RhubarbThumb I was the same, didn't have them for years then all of a sudden I'm loving them again. Funnily enough yes I saw them in Asda yesterday x

We had sausage, mash, peas and gravy but Dd10 just had sausage sandwiches as she didn’t fancy mash, etc.

I made chicken pho. It took ages. Very tasty, but a bit too involved for me to make again. And it used every single pot and bowl!

Tonight I did marrinated lamb chops with rice and greek salad. Then a cheeky apple and berry crumble with ice cream.

It is off putting making the base from scratch such a lengthy process. I rrwppy want to make it but takes away to much effort and time.

we are having roast beef, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, green veg of some kind, cauli cheese and gravy.

Should be eating soon, dh is slaving away over that hot stove while I lie on the sofa in front of the fire 😂
