I’ll tell you who can fuck RIGHT off. Mrs Blue Ford. She is a shit driver, shit at parking, and oblivious to everyone. And then she gets stroppy of anyone tries to point this out. She fucks up the school pickup every single fucking day and just stops dead in the drop off zone, with cars backing up onto the main road.

Then she picks up ONE teen, and to add a final insult to injury, sits there having a fucking chat till they’re all caught up and only then do they drive out. She came close to getting rammed today, let alone beeped at.

The company I'm still waiting for a call back from after interviewing for a job last Thurs. Said they'd let me know on Friday, got an email yesterday to say they were still considering, nothing today.

Item out of stock. It comes back in. Great excitement. I buy it. It arrives today - smashed to smithereens.

I call John Lewis. I am on the phone to them for 51 minutes. They first say ‘it’s out of stock’. They then say ‘it’s in stock, but you must pay a second delivery charge on it.’ I say ‘I don’t think so, I am not to be penalised for the fact it has been smashed to bits, what if this happens again, will you just keep handing me delivery charges ad infinitum’, and on and on it goes. Issue remains unresolved, they will call me back tomorrow (ha, I bet they won’t though).

So they can get right in the bin. Used to be good for customer service - not any more.
