What’s for dinner tonight, need some inspiration (bonus points if it’s not cheese!!)

DH and still really enjoying “Christmas” but I’m quite done with ham, cheese and pigs and blanket flavoured crisps!!!

What’s on the menu for everyone for tonight?

Prawn and coconut stuffed seabass with lemon rice and cumin green beans

Today it's tumeric tandoori chicken thighs with garlic greens and rice

Homemade Spaghetti carbonara made with leftover smoked ham and salad.

Ribeye steaks and fries, homemade coleslaw

DD is having a portion of chicken, leek and bacon stew turned into a pie (ready roll puff pastry). DP is having beef and mushroom stew also as a pie. Both have it with some leftover mash. They will be eating about an hour and an half apart because of various commitments.

I’m having chickpeas and preserved lemons as a soup with a handful of macaroni chucked in to provide a carb.

Thank god for individual portions of things from the freezer.
