What can you currently hear?

I can faintly hear my DH talking to his parents on video call in his office, with the DCs interjecting every now and then to tell Granny and Papa about this and that.
I'm in the kitchen living area with the dog at my feet, gently snoring while I'm having a quick scroll on MN with Wallace & Gromit on very low.

I can also hear DD watching Wallace and Gromit!

Also, DH is playing music in the kitchen, but I can’t quite hear what it is and the occasional clank as he is washing the kitchen floor.

Are you gonna be my girl on the sound system at the restaurant I'm at. Seagulls outside and my MIL wanging on about something inconsequential

Clock ticking, DH lightly snoring in his armchair after a long walk.

Haha yes! They do little funkopops of Norbot and I'm so tempted to get one. Not usually my thing, but he was both cute and horrifying - that scene was brilliant! I just kept reminding myself that deep down he was excellent at knitting. 😂

Watched the new W&G this morning with the kids (teens) we all loved it, laughed out loud.

Carry on camping in the background while I snooze on sofa with candles and animals 🥰

Rain, traffic and parakeets screeching.

Children laughing/playing (last day of our stay at DP house so dcs are enjoying some quick games with cousins).
Dsis youngest babbling and playing (such a lovely sound 😊).

Hoping the m5 and m6 (northbound) aren't too bad 🤞

Darts, occasional sigh/yawn from DH and the heating kicking in.

PS and my half wit of a neighbour slamming his front door.

A rugby match on the TV , mine and my DH's sniffs, coughs , blowing noses and sneezes 🤣

Tinnitus and the darts.

Clock ticking, dishwasher, husband breathing, child crunching (probably pringles) and occasionally a plane going overhead. All quite relaxed!

Lots of conversation. Cooking sounds. Some coughing. Sitting in a busy service station McDonald's.

Columbo - my comfort sound. Himalayan salt rock misting thing.

Finally back in my own bed in my own room after 10 days of family visits.

I could sleep for a week!
