For me it's my Apple Watch!

My shakti mat. I use it every day and recommend them to everyone as it’s massively reduced my headaches and as a result has genuinely improved my life. I should be on commission

Why are the Apple Watches so amazing?? I believe you all but can anyone just explain a bit more why?

Ear plugs + magnesium - I now sleep soundly and deeply.
A spray mop - takes up so little room and is instantly ready to use.
Dehumidifier - dries washing and keeps mould at bay.
And Dulcoease.

A Japanese sickle and hori hori knife. They've become essential kit.

The tumble dryer. I'm now obsessed with it despite only having had it a couple of weeks 😂

To be able to just shove everything in rather than juggling stuff between radiators etc, love it!

@Rainbows89 I'm not sure I can explain why! It gives me text and call notifications, accurately records my exercise, steps, workouts, sleep etc. I can track my kids from it, and it syncs with a lot of the apps on your phone. Because i sleep with mine on I have also ditched my alarm clock and use the watch.

Another vote for sheepskin slipper boots. Having first owned a pair I now can't be without them: a very favourite luxury item

Headphones in a headband - so useful both for listening to music at the gym/keeping hair out of face and also for falling asleep to relaxation recordings. DH and I now mostly sleep in separate beds due to his snoring but if we have to spend a couple of nights in the same room on holiday or staying with friends, I can put on white noise/relaxation stuff on them to cover the noise (it probably wouldn't be great for my ears to do that every night, but occasionally is OK) and fall asleep wearing the headband. I can't wear earbuds as I've become totally allergic to having anything in my ears.

Dishwasher, haven't had one until moved into my present house ! Will never be without 1 again

A tumble dryer and a dishwasher. I didn't have either growing up but wouldn't consider not having them now.

Expensive, but so worth it! DD is motivated to fill the sections by herself, so that's one less thing for me to do in the morning. The same goes for me - I eat much more varied food because it just invites me to fill up the sections with fruit/veg/dip. And they go in the dishwasher everynight. Actually changed my life.

@Mistletoewench I've realised that as long as one has hope, it is possible to survive / endure / continue in a positive way. Things do change and get better.
