Mine is that there are reptilians living amongst us who can shape shift to look human and that most of the leaders in the world are reptilian. There’s many others I’ve heard of but just for fun, what is your favourite conspiracy theory?

There’s somebody called Mike Williams who has basically made it his life's work to prove that the Beatles were a completely manufactured concept, never wrote their own songs, were the first boy band and then The Rolling Stones had to come along to be the Blur v Oasis of their times and so on.

The Malaysia flight went over Diego Garcia, an enormous American Forces Base. I think they pulverised it. Either by "Friendly Fire" or possibly because there were people on board who were some kind of Asian clever science bods who were on to something.

Yeah I’ve read about that—it’s definitely within the realm of possibility. Residents in the Maldives described seeing a ball of fire falling from the sky, which gives weight to the Diego Garcia theory.

What is the theory, that the flight data recorder info was faked?

We don’t know some of the detail but I don’t think there is much mystery about the reason for this plane disappearing, there is no proof but the captain being responsible is the only realistic explanation consistent with the evidence.

my favourite conspiracy theory, which is the only one I do think is potentially true, is that the Chinese have got Sandy Irvine’s body to hide evidence that he and Mallory successfully made it to the summit

But there is good evidence that someone was responsible for diverting that plane covertly, eg the systems all went off just after an ATC handover and went off sequentially (as opposed to simultaneously if the plane had suffered some kind of failure) and it would take airmanship skills which realistically only the captain (not even the first officer) had, not that it was flying along as normal and was suddenly shot down. I can try to find links later. My understanding is this evidence is in the public domain and unlikely
to have been faked
