Blake Lively suing Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment

According to TMZ Blake Lively is suing Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment on the set of ‘It Ends With Us’.

According to the lawsuit, a meeting was held in regards to the hostile work environment. Blake demanded that Baldoni stop showing nude videos or images of women to her, no more mention of Baldoni's alleged previous "pornography addiction," no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew's genitalia, no more inquiries about Blake's weight, and no further mention of Blake's dead father and no more adding of sex scenes, oral sex or on camera climaxing by Blake outside of the script Blake approved when signing onto the project.

Baldoni’s representative have denied the allegations and state this is an effort for Blake to rehabilitate her recent poor image.

I don't like watching videos of men forcing themselves on women who keep telling them no.

But the bit where he released a video to 'vindicate' himself where he was trying to kiss an unwilling woman is interesting, the fact that he couldn't see that that looked bad, and that women around the world would recognise that situation.

The scene was supposed to be them almost kissing, how else would they have shot it apart from, almost kissing?

"Almost kissing" isn't one person going in for a kiss and the other person repeatedly trying to put them off.

Where is she saying, no, stop? No, stop trying to kiss me? No, I'm uncomfortable? They are acting, in a tricky position where they are part in character and part themselves (this was a silent scene where music was played over) This isn't Karen and Bob in HR where bob is dancing with her and trying to kiss her. They are literally supposed to be almost kissing over and over. I didn't see her saying she didn;t want to do that (which would be odd, as that is the part she is supposed to be playing here) how on earth would they get this shot? I don't get it.

I don’t think there will be any winners here. Like many actresses her career would probably have been safer putting up with the grim behaviour that she requested stop on set.

Standards are not low. The first time I had sex, it was rape. I was raped by two men a few years later, one after the other. I later in life worked in the sex industry for a while (not a prostitute, just seeing things happen - not going into it more than that) I KNOW men. I KNOW SA/SH. I have standards thank you. I don't see it. Maybe as more comes out, it will change. Who knows. But my standards, because of what I have experienced, are high.

I would like to see the script and direction for the footage, it's years since I read the book but Ryan was inappropriate, if memory serves correctly he sexualised the conversation about lily's dad on the night of his funeral. Ryan often ignored lily's reaction. So I find it difficult viewing the scene as this is Justin playing Ryan. I'm am sceptical that this hasn't been released by Justin but then there is still disclosure

Well he is abusing her at home, he IS an abuser in the film and he's supposed to be trying to kiss her in that scene! (I don't know is she is supposed to be hesitant as I haven't read the book) but I just think, he's in character here, as is she, and I just can't get my head round this being BLATANT SH/SA, sorry I just can't

If you listen to the dialogue, the 'almost kissing' is meant to be the characters both getting closer and closer to kissing, as Lively puts it, what the audience wants.

It's not one of them going in for a kiss and the other saying 'no'.

How could this scene have been shot? With an INTIMACY COORDINATOR and agreement before the shot exactly what will be happening and when, agreed to by both parties.

Clearly this didn't happen and there is an issue with consent.
