According to TMZ Blake Lively is suing Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment on the set of ‘It Ends With Us’.

According to the lawsuit, a meeting was held in regards to the hostile work environment. Blake demanded that Baldoni stop showing nude videos or images of women to her, no more mention of Baldoni's alleged previous "pornography addiction," no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew's genitalia, no more inquiries about Blake's weight, and no further mention of Blake's dead father and no more adding of sex scenes, oral sex or on camera climaxing by Blake outside of the script Blake approved when signing onto the project.

Baldoni’s representative have denied the allegations and state this is an effort for Blake to rehabilitate her recent poor image.

I didn't hear that on the one I listened to.

The voice note I listened to (it's on tiktok).

Justin sends blake a voice note at 2am in the morning and he Is apologising for something , and then he says

"You probably have a baby on your boob right now"

Yes that’s the one. Read her message (long long text) to him which prompted that voice note.

i think it’s fine to acknowledge she might have kids climbing all over her and a baby on the boob no? It that sexual harassment in your opinion?

he’s apologising for not changing his script to what she wants and she basically threatens him with Taylor and Ryan and he is backed into a corner to have to apologise. Did you not know what he was apologising for? You just took that one line and ran with it …

critical thinking needed here!

As a side note. how can you have an opinion on the whole v v v messy story if you are only cherry picking bits?

go on YouTube and have a look at the whole timeline. Then let’s debate!

AngryBird6122 · 31/01/2025 13:46

Btw - under normal jobs would this be ok for the “boss” (let’s face it, khaleesi was in charge) to be this open with his “employee”

probably not

same as employee would not invite boss into her trailer while she was breast pumping (text message evidence of this)

🤔

AngryBird6122 · 31/01/2025 13:46

In case you were going to go there

AngryBird6122 · 31/01/2025 14:28

In one playful exchange, Baldoni complimented Lively, saying, “I like sentimental Blake.” She jokingly responded, “Never met her.” When Baldoni quipped, “I also like a--hole Blake… don’t worry,” Lively laughed it off with self-deprecating humor: “I’ve met her. So have my suppositories.”

seemed like they had a pretty open bantery relationship. I think talking about suppositories and inviting him in while breast pumping could be seen in some sort of way really, if you think about it?

IMO BL, RR and TS (hate that as I am/was a TS music fan) are despicable people if it looks like what has happened, has happened.

I'm not saying its sexual harrassment.

Im saying that I think it's inappropriate.

Why does he need to mention her breastfeeding at all, when he is ringing her to leave her a voice note about something to do with work.

These two were professional colleagues.

None of my male colleagues would ever ring me and say to me "you probably have a baby on your boob".

I just think it's inappropriate. Why the need to mention it at all.

A more professional way to do it would be to
A) not leave her a voice note at 2am in the morning
And b
)say "you're probably very busy with your children". And not mention her boob at all

And I'm not "cherry picking " bits. And of course I'm entitled to have an opinion

Don't be so arrogant. You don't know what I've watched and read.

I never understand posters on mumsnet who seem to think that they are the ONLY person who knows everything about a case.

No.

We've all been reading and following this case

How can you not know what that voice note was about then? The meeting they had before that is a major part of the story

@Applecharm25 you’ve just cherry picked parts out from my posts!is it appropriate she incited him to her trailer while she was pumping? Was it appropriate she talked about suppositories?! Would you say that to a colleague? Would you invite your colleague into your room while pumping? Professional colleagues - does that work both ways???? You’ve done it again!

Also he was saying that In a way that’s like so sorry I’m bothering you this late. No he didn’t need to mention her boobs. There are things she needn’t have done or said either.

NutellaEllaElla · 31/01/2025 17:50

To be fair, acting as lovers is not a regular office job environment. Honestly, acting so familiar (!) with each other is the cause of millions of celeb/ actor divorces. This is not an ordinary professional situation. I can imagine, after she has invited him into her trailer while pumping, that quips about breastfeeding were not unusual and it seems like an ordinary reference by him (having a baby on the boob).

AngryBird6122 · 31/01/2025 17:56

@NutellaEllaElla agreed

I have to say i disagree with this.

Acting can be a very professional environment.

OK this is at a much lower level, but the acting component is the same

I used to be part of a drama society and we used to put on about four plays a year in my city.

We would rehearse for months and months.

I played opposite many men who played my boyfriend.

It was all very professional. None of us ever got feelings for each other. None of us were ever inappropriate in any way. Nobody ever said anything romantic.

That's different.

Women have to breastfeed and they have to pump. Many women do this in front of people.

I've seen complete strangers breastfeeding and pumping . They have to do it to feed their baby.

However, he does not have to comment on her boob's at all. I think that he was inappropriate in this instance

He wasn’t commenting on them in a sexual way. He was commenting on them in a breastfeeding way.

so you would expect in an office environment that Ken says oh Sarah let’s have a meeting about x. Sarah says I’m just pumping in my office come in!

woukd that really happen? Or would Sarah say I’m just pumping can we do it in ten?

AngryBird6122 · 31/01/2025 18:22

Do you think Blake’s suppository comment was appropriate or necessary?

AngryBird6122 · 31/01/2025 18:24

Besides she is very open talking about her boobs as I recall she talked to the whole world about making her soon a boob cake for his 1st bday. I’m not sure how uncomfortable she would have found his comment……….but then I’m not inside her head

You do realise it's entirely up to her how she talks about her body and how she talks about her body doesn't give him the right to talk about it in the same way?

I’m talking about openness.

oh have you seen her slate his nose and “joking” he should shut down for a month to get surgery? Is that ok?

What way is that anyway? It’s a body part. In feeding her baby context. Bit worrying if you find that sexual

kirinm · 31/01/2025 18:38

@AngryBird6122 you're so busy defending him that you have decided I saw the use of the word boob as sexual. It's for nothing to do with that. If she talked about his penis it would be equally as inappropriate.

It's not that it's sexual. Though breasts can be sexual.
It's that breasts are private and sensitive.

My cousin will breastfeed her baby in front of me.

I still - would never comment on my cousin's breasts!

I can't imagine me saying to her "oh look at you there, with a baby hanging off your boob".

I know that might make her uncomfortable if I said that.

It's about sensitivity and being appropriate

Just speaking for myself here but I'm not on anyone's "side".

I'm of the opinion that it's important to look at both sides.

And to discuss things that happened on both sides. Both of them have complaints about the other

That’s fine but they can’t be private and sensitive (or sexual harassment which is what I have an issue with here) and then totally open come watch me pump whatever the next. They seem to have a very banter relationship but they’re trying to paint this is some weird way because they ant to take him down and take over the rights

AngryBird6122 · 31/01/2025 18:45

@Applecharm25 oh same. I’m not a jb fan or anything but I think what’s going on here is so wrong

unless at some point some huge evidence against him comes out

I think what she said about sexual harrassment was that he kept trying to kiss her in scenes , where she didn't approve of any kissing before it happened.
