Best - Strawberry, Worst - Everything else

Quality Street:
Best - Strawberry, Worst - Toffee Penny

Celebrations:
Best - Malteaser, Worst - Twix

Heroes:
Best - Twisted Creme Egg, Worst - Double Decker (I'm a fan of a proper DD, just not the minis!)

Can i just pop in to say that the tub of heros bought for xmas that i might have opened up and ploughed through almost single handedly over the course of a couple of evenings recently was AWFUL !!

It was 30% flipping double deckers, 30% bloody eclairs, 20% just the dairy milk chocolate lumps and only a handful of everything else put together! I mean i think there was actually just ONE of the creme eggs and they're my favourite !

I was dreading getting loads of Eclairs in fact I got more Creme Egg than expected. Sorry for your loss in the random Hero assignment!

I love the éclairs, although they've pulled out a lot of my fillings over the years.

The Bounty in ,,,, which ever tub has those ... they're my bestest favourite of all ! 😊

The rest of the family all hate Bounty. Every year I sense this loose expectation that i should hoover all the bounties up and leave the rest to them. Unreasonable in my opinion.

The toffee penny is the worst. It doesn't even have any chocolate so has no place in a tub of chocolates. And it's not even nice.

None of them taste as they used to, far more sweet now. There was a hazelnut in solid chocolate, for instance. Can't remember what in, but it was Roses or Quality Street, because the others didn't exist until later.

What best or worst?

Yabu. Love the golden pennies.

As staff have left at work we appear to have replaced them with people who like bounty. This has led to a situation where getting one before they have all gone is a fight. I much preferred the situation where they were ALL mine. Considering changing the person spec. People who like bounty will be immediately crossed off the short list.

I mourn the loss of the peanut cracknell, a real 80s wonder. I can't remember if it was Quality Street or Roses.

I miss big tubs of chocolates (they don't let vegans have fun stuff coz animals and shit).😪
But best is always anything with caramel or nuts ( including toffee penny, I loved those)
Worst is anything with fondant, especially coffee flavour.

If you suck eclairs properly you don't lose fillings
