Urrgh anyone else up?

Just usual family pressures and things like that but I've woken up fully now so should put a film on or something!

Just made some herbal tea

I have read somewhere that if you can’t sleep you should get out of bed but can’t be bothered.

Woke up about 10 minutes ago from a nightmare - shouldn't read about certain things before bed!
Now very hot and slightly spooked and looking for a distraction on my phone.

I can't sleep either . I have to be up at 6

I woke up with a jolt around 20 mins ago. Hoping to fall back to sleep soon.

Yep, my sleep is utterly shocking. Up in a few hours and lucky if I’ve managed an hours sleep even although I’m exhausted

Baby has woken me up twice just as I was drifting off and I can't seem to settle.

I'm trying so hard to get some sleep, and failing.

I almost wish the baby would wake up again as then I could blame him for being tired tomorrow!

Peri menopause has wrecked my sleep.

The dogs woke me as they wanted a wee

I'm awake. Lots of stuff to worry about and I have a cold. Going to prop myself up on pillows and listen to an audio book

im stll awake, no particular reason. Except I can't go to sleep until I'm sleepy & im not... but I am exhausted🙇🏻‍♀️

Also self harm marks on right arm stinging thru towel

Me too! Tired but mind won't relax.
Have tried herbal tea, and then real tea, which strangely does help me sleep sometimes.
Hope you get some rest soon. I have been up for two hours and will try going back to bed soon.

I'm awake for no apparent reason.

Ill and worried about a meeting on tuesday.

My Dad has a big operation in the morning (amputation), and I’m scared.
I’ve been on my feet all day, and now my body aches.
Husband asleep and breathing through his nose, but his nostril is ‘whistling’.

I'm up. Pacing about with sciatica for the last few nights. Didn't know it could be this bad til it flared up, I can't sit down and I can't lay down at the moment 😫

My sleep pattern is completely messed up. It's very frustrating.

Pregnant with sick toddler. Toddler is asleep but the last couple of days she's woken about now so my body has decided to be on high alert for that, just in case (thanks, body). Also I just cannot for the life of me sleep on my side. Keep waking up on my front or back and my conscience won't let me 😳

I'm in A&E, arrived by ambulance 7 hours ago, considered Cat2 risk for chest pains, tightness and shortness of breath with pains radiating down my left arm but yet to be seen by a doctor 😠 trying to distract myself from thinking the worst

Yep. I’m up with my 3 week old baby, hoping she’s drifting back off to sleep now so I can attempt a transfer 🤞

The best reason in the world to be up at this hour!! I envy your new baby snuggles!! But hope she goes to sleep now for you xx

Oh poor thing. That's one of the scariest things! At least you're in the right place! Have you got your DH/DP with you or are they at home with the baby??
