Think I'm going to get a raspberry Panda Pop, a Cadbury Taz bar and hopefully they'll have the latest issue of Sugar magazine.

A complete run of In Dublin magazine from its 1980s glory days would be nice, but a random copy would do. The gay contact ads might startle some of the young people who have no idea what Ireland was like in the 1980s.

Oh Dieter Brummer and his lovely smile. Couldn't reminisce with any of my friends when he died a couple of years ago because they'd never heard of/didn't remember him. Philistines.

I hadn't realised he had died, that's so sad. I also hadn't realised until I googled how young he was- only about 5 years older than me 😩 . I'm pretty sure I had this exact poster, A4 size, from that magazine, blue tacked to the wall!

Yeah he was only a few years older than me too. I think his passing stuck in my head in that way something does when someone was a big part of your growing up years, and I was super invested in Shane and Angel getting together. From what I remember reading DB was a troubled wee soul so hopefully he's at peace now. And I had that poster too 😊.

Just in case you have any teeth left in your head, a Texan bar and a slab of walkers toffee will sort that out for you...dont forget the little metal hammer to break the toffee.

Check the freezer for a cylindrical Bernard Matthews turkey roast please. Also check the grocery shelf in case they have those nut roasts that come in their own waxed cardboard loaf tin; you just take the lid off, mix with water and bung in the oven.
Are there 2 rows of VHS tapes for hire at the back of the shop? If so bring home Adventures in Babysitting and Big Man on Campus please :).
