This morning at 06:30, it was about 1.5 - 2.0 times the size it is tonight. Below 10 degrees, where the atmosphere helps too.
The largest moon I have seen since 1971. Then, I saw one that looks straight out of a film, climbing up the hill and then the beech trees atop a hill in Warwickshire. About the size of a dinner plate held at arm's length. Crazy what atmospheric conditions can do.
