What does a DWP SP payment mean?

I've received a random amount from the DWP SP account.

A google suggests it's a State Pension payment. It can't be unless Artificial intelligence has realised I'm extremely knackered Grin as I'm not of pensionable age

I don't collect any state benefits so I don't know what that might look like in a payment and haven't for 30 years (literally last time it was unemployment benefit at £56 a week)

Has anyone any thoughts at all?

I am pretty sure you are right in the origin of the money as state pension but the DWP dropped .gsi from their email addresses about 10 years ago so it’s unlikely the email will work.

Oh drat. Sorry OP. My bad. I shouldn't just believe Google 🤣
