The plant in question is the “Alabuga” drone manufacturing facility in Russia’s Tatarstan. An investigation by AP revealed that the factory lured workers under the guise of internship programs in fields like hospitality and catering. It was only upon arrival that the women discovered they would be manufacturing drones, which Russia uses to attack Ukraine.
Accounts related to the Alabuga Polytechnic College—a vocational boarding school for Russians aged 16–18 and Central Asian recruits aged 18–22, trained as drone production specialists—were also deleted.

As of 08:30, Ukraine’s air defense forces have shot down 80 out of 135 enemy drones
Air defense operations took place across various regions, including Odesa, Sumy, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Kirovohrad, Chernihiv, Poltava, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Kharkiv, Kherson, Volyn, and Vinnytsia.
A total of 44 drones were lost from radar tracking, and two others headed towards Belarus.

❗️Russian forces executed a wounded Ukrainian soldier in the Donetsk region.
The execution likely occurred in the Bakhmut sector. The Ukrainian soldier had sustained injuries, and sometime later, Russian troops took control of the building where he was located, capturing him.
The unarmed soldier was shot while lying on the ground. The incident is preliminarily reported to have taken place on September 6, 2024, around 10:00 near the Fenolny plant in the village of Niu York. Prosecutors are investigating the violation of the laws and customs of war.
