Another horrendous case of a toddler being abused and killed at the hands of her mother's boyfriend whilst her 'mother' did nothing. The details are horrendous.

I only read about this today. Utterly horrific. I don't honestly know what the answer is when the mother has a supportive family, police and SS are involved etc yet she was still murdered in plain sight. Absolutely heartbreaking.

I know. The photos of her. They could be my daughter.

They pushed her dead little body round in a pushchair for 3 days after she died. Just awful. How can it happen

She died because he beat her so hard her bone marrow leaked into her blood.

When the ‘parents’ really want to torture and kill their own babies they always will no matter what.
I am sick of reading about it happening over and over. There will be another story next month with pictures of some other darling chubby faced little toddler that’s been starved and beaten. I despair of humans.

I googled it. You know when you’re reading something so horrific your eyes look away from the words at the end of the sentence? How? How the fuck do adults especially parents MOTHERS do this to their babies? How do you go to sleep at night not sick at thought of what your baby is going through?

I hate them both, so much. Vile, can’t even call them human.

She went from a well looked after happy little girl to beaten to death in a few weeks.

There were witnesses who saw the bf slap the little girl and the mother said and did nothing. She stood by and watched her daughter being beaten to death. I also read that she was offered housing but refused to take it because her bf couldn't move in.

I don't understand this at all.

What seems unbelievable also is that her mum and sister were begging her to come home. The bf thought he was her dad and had a dna test as had a sexual relationship with her before putting a dead baby in a buggy pushing her around into shops just unbelievable 3 short weeks from normal to death

I really wish the press would stop using the term “stepfather” in these cases.
Someone who has been with the parent a matter of weeks or months is a boyfriend / girlfriend not a step-parent

I feel that its a cycle that repeats itself.

My mother was severely abused as a child.

She then severely abused me. I would describe some of what she did as torture.

She tortured me. I had a disgusting childhood. She was cruel, heartless and abusive to me

As an adult , I did some research into my mother's childhood. She had been severely abused.

Right, she didn't have to go on and do it herself.

But after being severely abused herself, wasn't she more like likely to be cruel and nasty? How can you really love if you haven't been loved.

Severely damaged people abuse others.

That's why I won't have children myself, as I didn't want to continue the chain of pain
