Best thing you have ever watched on YouTube.

If I’m having a “can’t find anything to watch” night I always default back to YouTube and 9/10 I find something obscure that I will then sit glued to for a couple of hours.

Old re-runs of crime watch, 1990 documentary’s, lifetime/true movies or American police interviews, I never know what going to pop up..

I wondered what’s the best diamond you have found on you tube that you have enjoyed, found interesting or been captivated by.

I really like watching BBC archives stuff
Also old daytime TV from the 80s /90s which makes me feel like I've got a day off school

Would also recommend Bobby fingers who is not at all like the above.

@Maggieb90 Thanks so much for trying to link it, I will try searching for it and see what happens.

@EleanorReally yes, Our Day Out is a brilliant play and one I enjoyed watching though I was actually an 80s born kid from a privileged Southern background. I love your username, reminds me of The Turtles and Elenore G.

Bondi Rescue

PostmodernJukebox - this prompt reminded me of this channel, some great songs on here

https://www.youtube.com/@postmodernjukebox/videos

Also, it came up at random on my feed but Coops Collection in the Pokemon card shows etc - videos are strangely addictive and I have no interest in Pokemon!

Great thread!

Neil Hickey and Enda Kennedy's rally stage always cheers me up.

Peter Santenello's channel. US mainly. Goes from living off grid to city corruption to Mormon living to subsistance miners. Amazing stuff. Then I watch Bagpuss. Then I plough the many music festivals I go to for sets that have been superb.

Soft White Underbelly
Girl with Dogs
That Chapter
Midwest Magic Cleaning - a funny, witty guy cleaning very dirty houses; sounds grim but it’s great
Clean with Barbie- some of the filthiest homes
I know ‘cleaning channels’ don’t sound riveting but they’re so good! And they do the big cleans for free; often for people with poor mental health
Tico and the Man- a funny, clever parrot singing along to guitar playing owner. Really feel good videos if you’re feeling sad

Maggieb90 · 27/02/2025 14:37

@FranticFrankie have seen and enjoyed soft white underbelly too, not the average person on the street street!

EleanorReally · 27/02/2025 15:38
