I used a new toothbrush this morning. My teeth still feel squeaky clean. Love it.

Walking my dog. He's so happy and playful and looks like he's smiling. It never fails to put a smile on my face, no matter what mood I was in when we set off.

Writing the first few things in a brand new diary.

New pants.

Warm white fairy lights in the evening.

Hard days work, home and the hive has heated the place up, then taking my bra off, into PJs and vegetate somewhere cos I'm in for the night now. Bliss.

Getting into fresh sheets with freshly washed hair in a tidy room with clean/new pajamas, a candle lit, relaxing music, and a good book. All at once of course!

Peeling an orange and the freshness
Smelling my favourite perfume
Breathing in fresh air
Appreciating my home

Baths

When your cold and get into bed and warm up

When you are slightly hungry. I love the empty feeling.

The first night of putting the winter duvet on like i did last night , sheer bliss we slept like logs.
Currently clock watching thinking about my delicious bed.

Ditto appreciating my home and clean sheets and fresh air.
A glass of wine at home in my comfys on a Friday night after a long week at work

6am coffee on the patio in spring with only the sound of the birds.

I agree-I miss my tiny little old cat so much 😌

I love that slightly hungry feeling! It has to be just the right amount of hunger and I don’t get it often but love it when it happens!

Oh yes!
If I won the lottery this would be my indulgent luxury - clean, fresh sheets every night.
And fresh flowers every week.

God yes. Fresh sheets is the only reason I shave my legs occasionally. The combo of the two is magnificent.

Fresh sheets, new pj's, hot showers on a wintery morning, Sunday afternoon naps, cat falling asleep purring on your lap (until you get pins and needles or need a wee),

Alway have a bottle of flat lemonade by my bedside just for this!

Editing a photo you thought was shit, until it becomes something else entirely. The most satisfying little thrill.

First cup of coffee on a morning, curled up on the sofa. I'm retired now and love the sheer indulgence.

Coming in from the cold to a roaring fire and a big blanket.
The tingly feeling after a nice hot bath.
A glass of wine over Sunday lunch.
Watching the birds from my kitchen window.
New slippers.

Staying in a hotel this week. Overheard the Mum asking toddler what she wants for breakfast.. Toddler replied’ sausage and chips’. Still makes me smile thinking about it.

The smell of honeysuckle on a Summer evening.
Shiny red rosehips in the hedgerows in Autumn.
The way my chickens run when they hear the rattle of their feed bucket.
Sitting by an open fire on a freezing cold night.
Sailing at night. I love it in the day too, but it's magical at night.

Oh yesss, this!! Definitely one of my little joys!

Curled on my bed with my phone on socials when it's cold and I'm wrapped in 5 blankets with a hot water bottle and a hot chocolate and depending on what mood I'm in, my kids cuddled around me!
