Kids Halloween party

My daughter (8) would like a Halloween party. We can’t fit many kids in our house so would have to be small (maybe 6 kids). I’ve never thrown a kids party and been responsible for organising the games etc! 🫣 Any tips on games to play etc or what’s expected at a Halloween party? Is it done like a birthday party where you give a start and finish time?

Pass the pumpkin. I'm hosting my first kids halloween party this year too, mostly 5yos. We're doing a few games, craft options, generally just racing around like lunatics in fancy dress. My costume arrived today 😁

These are all such great ideas!! Thank you! I’m not particularly creative so will probably go for the simpler suggestions and hopefully they’ll have fun.
