Does anyone else stick something between their boobs?

At night in bed?

Absolutely cannot stand the boobs touching each other at night. So uncomfortable. But I also cannot bear wearing anything on my top half- no top or bra. So I roll my pyjama top up and slide it nicely between my boobs. So comfy. I also like the duvet between my legs so my knees aren't knocking together (the very thought makes me shudder)

Anyone else do this?

Mine are too small for me to have that problem. They are very low down on my chest and far apart but I do have thigh top problems and yank the duvet between my thighs. When pregnant I had this fantastic long C shaped pillow we called the "legs" and we all wanted it. I don't even know what happened to it. Sometimes I shove a pillow there, hate my knobbly knees touching. If my boobs were bigger I'd really hate them laying on each other, still wouldn't use the foam dildo thing 🤣

Yes! I have a teddy bear I sleep with for this purpose, ridiculous but works perfectly. I also don't like my thighs touching so either wear leggings or pull the duvet between them.

The image of a long suffering teddy bear poking up between your cleavage every night is marvellous. I'm sure he's actually having the time of his life in there. Cosy.

i think the bottom one just flattens out or disappears under me 😂 so the top one can’t fully flop on top of the bottom. Def not super perky

I may have fallen in love with my most recent nightie, that is like a tent and I look pregnant in, but is pure cotton joy. I can now basically wrap one boob up so it doesn't touch the other without and tight bits pulling anywhere! When it's really hot and there's no one in, I wander round the house in it with it tucked up under my boobs to absorb the sweat. Heaven.

Well I’m 52 and my boobs are a cup size bigger than when I was 30 along with all of me being a larger size than when I was 30.

My boobs must be perkier than I realised.

Not quite me (v small chest), but ALWAYS have a thin pillow between my knees when side sleeping. Otherwise in the morning my back feels like it's been broken. I think the pillow helps to keep my spine aligned correctly.

My boobs have obviously fallen out with each other at some point as they don't try and cozy up much.

I hate legs touching though. I often try and use DH as a leg rest to avoid this, but also have a body pillow (called cushion DH) and a little knee pillow as options for when DH complains he isn't furnishings.

So glad to have found this thread, I just typed in the search “uncomfortable boobs in bed”, and I now know I’m not the only one! I sometimes will wear a bra, which isn’t comfy but it’s better than side boob leaning on the other… pre menstrual too so they just hurt right now 😭😢 I usually use the duvet between!

My duvet is always tucked the length of my body- separating boobs and legs.

With a b cup I can barely see mine never mine then touch each other 🤣
