Apparently he has cheated on his wife and fathered a baby girl. Not the nicest man in rock after all.

He’s an absolute dog that we can all now agree on, but the slag who willingly did this knowing he was a married man with a family is just atrocious. It takes a screwed up mind to think it’s ok, to even contemplate accepting the advances of a married man. Vile. Both of them just vile.

But this is why!

Well it definitely isn't. The majority of men can't cheat because the prerequisite for cheating is that two different women must find them attractive at the same time. And then of course, there's a not insignificant minority of men who don't cheat because they basically never speak to women.

A bit surprised about this, but I do find it hard to believe when celebrity men are too squeaky clean.
Foo's are distinctly average and Dave Grohl, whilst a very talented musician and is average looking.
If it wasn't for Nirvana, IMHO, he wouldn't have gotten past local gigs.

What stood out to me in the headline is that he's keen to gloss over the lovechild. He barely wants to mention it, saying 'he had a baby outside the marriage but is moving forward with his wife and children'

I feel incredibly sorry for his wife and kids. I hope for everyone’s sake that they can move past this and make some sort of peace, whatever that looks like for them.

But am I surprised that a world famous rockstar of over 30 years has fucked around outside his marriage? No. Especially when he basically admitted it on the last album (Nothing At All, track 6 on But Here We Are)

He’s a prick. He took the opportunity to rant about Taylor Swift at his gig this year. Could’ve voiced opinions about the occupation of Palestine, or violence against women and girls, or anything but he decided to put down the success of a woman. Are you surprised?

Who is surprised about this? He's a famous rockstar, it comes with the territory. Most men are only as faithful as their options allow and I am sure Grohl had attractive young women throwing themselves at him all the time.

i remember once Dave saying in an interview that he really hates his nostrils, and is very self conscious of them. Ever since then, any photo of him, I am looking at his nostrils as they are quite on show. Wonder if the baby has his nostrils too?

I hope his wife gives him the boot. He's going to be in this child's life for at least the next 18 years, and therefore in the Other Womans life too. No way would I stick with my cheating husband whilst he pretends to play happy families with me. Him and his bit on the side couldn't restrain themselves before so what are the chances they can now?

I can't comprehend why women find married men hitting on them attractive.

When I was young and hot (8 million years ago) I just felt disdainful towards the married men who tried anything with me.

It wasn’t just once he slagged her off during that show, it was about three different times.

One of the times was about Taylor’s surprise songs, right before he said “oh now we do a part of the show where we sing different songs each night” - what you mean like a surprise song Dave 🙄

Not heard of groupies? He's famous (very) and rich. An awful lot of women - and some men - want a piece of that and will throw themselves at him, offering themselves on a plate. It's Mrs Merton and Debbie McGee all over again.

The issue here is that for many years Grohl has painted himself as the complete family man. Talking a lot about doing the school run and family time at Christmas are two I remember off the top of my head. And it's from that that he's acquired this aura of being one of the good guys.
