I've been watching Mr Selfridge and in the breakfast scenes they usually have,eggs, bacon and tomato, toast/tea. So last night dh made that for our dinner (I added hp brown sauce to mine 😋) it was amazing!

If I didn’t have such fussy children, maybe I would meal plan by just going through this thread and putting all your dinners on my list in order! Deciding what to eat for the next week is one of my least favourite jobs.

Egg on toast twice running. We really need to go shopping!! Bloody nice though. Homemade sourdough.

Tuscan chicken orzo sounds incredible - off to search for a recipe!

Indonesian-style spicy rice with shrimps and other bits of seafood from the freezer mixed in. Vegetable spring rolls, poached egg on top of the rice with soy sauce.

Tonight it's pasta and meatballs with garlic doughballs. Using up slightly old tomatoes and mushrooms in the pasta sauce.

Sausage, creamy mustard mash and baked beans, an all time comfort food favourite! I’m struggling with all day morning sickness and that’s a meal I actually fancied, they’re few and far between at the moment!

Curry mince with boiled rice. Quick and easy to make and a favourite of the family.

Roast chicken dinner

Ham and bacon tomato pasta with garlic bread and a chicken salad yumm

Pie and mash.

Last night was cheese and onion quiche, jacket potato, baked beans.

Tonight - fish, chips and peas
Tomorrow - sausages, mash, carrots and broccoli

It’s really good! I do something like this but I add chopped cherry tomatoes and red pepper with the garlic and I use light cream cheese instead of cream…

It was only me home last night so I cooked an omelet with onion , smoked streaky bacon and cheese had it on toast with some Heinz beans that I'd added curry powder to. I will only eat beans made this way and it goes surprisingly well with the omelet

Tonight I'm making a tomato and basil sauce to go over pasta for me and the DC as DH is out.

A takeaway - Guyanese chicken roti with curried chillies pickle (South African brand)

Last night we had mushroom philly tagliatelle with roasted courgettes.
Tonight's tea is Chinese takeaway yum 😋

Chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and spinach and wrapped in parma ham. Roast random veg that needed to be used up. A neighbour dropped in some homemade custard tarts that they made.

Working last night so had to be kettle/microwave friendly…spinach and ricotta canneloni with arrabiata sauce.

Husband was working late last night so we had oven chips, square sausage and fried egg with homemade trifle for pudding. Tonight is roasted baby potatoes leeks and salmon with tenderstem broccoli, pudding is fresh strawberry cake and custard.

Last night we had chilli and tonight I've no idea as school is in full swing as are clubs so kids have eaten at random times and DH is out. May have to watch for some ideas.

Yesterday was my birthday so we had double lamb chops from the butcher, broccoli and green beans. About my fave meal.

Tonight we had pork belly casserole and veg.

Baked spud with chilli.

Couple of slices of Ham, Cheese and Olive Loaf, with some baby potatoes and salad

Yesterday we had spaghetti bolognese and garlic bread.
Today we've had fish pie with broccoli, carrots, peas and sweetcorn.
