Haven't seen the ad in question, but lots of the ones mentioned here are great - smarty mobile, nationwide, specsavers. Here's my contribution to the list - the Tesco clubcard one "I've got the power". The actors are really good!

Took me a couple of watches to crack onto it!

@SiobhanSharpe I love the Cunard ad. Largely because I want my life to be full of love affairs! Banquets! Incredible journeys!

Surely the best advert ever was the John west one where the man fights the bear for a salmon and ends up with 'oh look? An eagle!' Then knees him in the nuts?

For me it is the EDS 'Cat Herders' advert from 20 years or so ago.

I hate all cruise adverts because they suggest only beautiful people use them and there will be hardly anyone else on the boat. But the Cunard one is particularly loathsome - like some Great Gatsby set.

I looked up the quote because I thought there's no way an ad exec had written it and found this. They have basically omitted the bit where the poem's writer is saying enjoying the now. Everything else you're trying to have and acquire won't bring you fulfillment. I think.

Does anyone remember a Christmas advert, a few years ago, I’m thinking M&S. A similar feel to the Sean Bean one but I’m sure the line is something about ‘christmas Stockings’ but with a wink. An older attractive woman.
