I posted last week about a new job as a receptionist/no breaks after 8 hours/no notice of shits etc
I quit after a day and today should have been pay day.
They haven't paid me
I should of received £100
I had no notice period
Is it legal for them not to pay me?

I think the OP is explaining that some shifts were scheduled so one ended at 11pm with the next one starting at 7am and that the management expected staff to go in on Sundays to find out the shift pattern for the following week rather than she experienced all of that in the space of two days. Sounds like shit employer tbh.

This didn't all happen in one day
I was told what the shifts were going to be.
I was told one of the reasons for the high staff turnover was the fact people didn't like the 11pm finish to start again at 7.
My first day I had no lunch and the girl I was shadowing on reception said she was pleased I was there so she could go to the toilet.
No I wasn't told about this when I applied.
The way she put it across was 1 week of earlys and the next latest.
Not a mixture of everything
I was told I would find out next weeks shifts on the Sunday -I wasn't meant to be in Sunday
I would had to of gone in on a day off

This was my first job back after I had a breakdown.
It was all too much
The morning of the 3rd day (didn't go ) I couldn't leave the house
Panic attacks ,didn't sleep a wink the night before
It was too much for me to cope with

Yes you should've been paid.
Regarding breaks, you are legally entitled to at least 20 minutes of uninterrupted break if you work more than 6 hours in a day.
Have you spoken to their HR department?

The company sounds like a nightmare and are also breaking the law. You should have a minimum 11 hours between finishing work and starting the next day - 11pm to 7am is only hours.
