This one is about half a mile from me. It has some lovely features although I would change the knobs in the kitchen ("knob overload" says my DD). I know it is next to the local train station but that wouldn't bother me. You are about half an hour from both Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling so really handy. All I need is to sell my house and find about £300,000 to £350,000. Looking between cushions on sofa for space change as I speak .

I would go for this beauty. Although the front gets very shaded as there is a plot of land opposite with huge trees that has been subject to a planning battle for years. Still gorgeous though.

I’d be very happy with this one. Above budget for us unfortunately, even though it seems very cheap compared to most shared!
