Salmon tail for me, chicken breast for DH, miniature potatoes & broccoli.

I'm thinking gammon, boiled potatoes and some peas

Leftover red Thai curry with flat iron steak. Lots of veggies, plus extra broccoli on the side in a bid to fill DH up on healthy stuff

On holiday (a rare thing) abroad and I had fresh pasta and spinach in a theme restaurant park - delish

dh had a burger and new potatoes (oven roasted and looked nice)

We could switch if you want!. We had rain earlier and it was absolute heaven.

@dontforgetme It’s a recipe from Curry Guy Bbq book, it doesn’t need to be made on the bbq but you need to make a batch of base sauce. Takes around 10 mins prep and a couple of hours cooking the base sauce, makes enough for six portions x two people.
The base can be used for various British restaurant curries 😊

Garlic chicken, mash and tenderstem broccoli here. Well, that’s what dh and the 3 girls are having. I’m not hungry so will have some fruit or toast later if needed.

No cooking so very happy!

Really basic salad with Italian cooked meats, cheese, bread, potato salad and coleslaw. Minimal effort (although the potato salad and coleslaw are homemade not shop bought).

Anchovy pasta, only a few of us in this evening and we all love it, spicy and zesty and very very speedy - just what we need.
