The flavoured Yorkshire tea bags

Just doing my online Tesco shop and I'm tempted by the Yorkshire Tea 'toast & jam' teabags. Thing is though, I hate fruit and herbal teas. So is it more like them, or simply a normal teabag with a very slight fruity taste (and to which you can add milk)?
There's also the malted biscuit ones Smile
Thoughts please?

The toast and jam ones are heaven. Like normal tea with just a fruity scent. And yes you can put milk in them like a normal brew.
i love them!!

Adding to the trolley as I speak. Thank you!

I love them both a lot, but they are fundamentally black tea rather than herbal, so add milk and enjoy!

I love the biscuit one... but they taste just like normal tea... just smell deliciously different 🤣

Oh gosh, I'll pop that one in as well then.

I drink the bedtime one most nights. It's fabulous, just a bit of milk. Really makes me sleepy.

StormingNorman · 04/08/2024 22:11

The biscuit one is nice. A little bit like the flavour of dunked biscuits.

thursdaymurderclub · 04/08/2024 22:12

why would i want flavoured yorkshire tea? the normal ones are bad enought :)

PG tips all the way i'm afraid

soundsys · 04/08/2024 22:13

This biscuit one is really good. Stops me needing to dunk biscuits 🤣

BeyondOlympicLevelProcrastinator · 04/08/2024 22:15

Bedtime, jam on toast, and biscuit flavoured are all brilliant. Always keep all three of them in my cupboard!

The supermarket own brand ones though - avoid them like the plague! 🤢

TFMinx · 04/08/2024 22:15

@thursdaymurderclub wash your mouth out, heathen! Yorkshire tea all the way!

GigiAnnna · 04/08/2024 22:16

I like the biscuit one the best. Aldi have their own version of them with other flavours also.

MasterOfOne · 04/08/2024 22:16

Ohh how did I forget about bedtime... usually when winter draws in with extra cinnamon is amazing.

The biscuit ones are nasty! Haven't tried any of the others as was shocked at how horrible those biscuit ones are.

Is this a reverse?? Are you a PG tips mole??

MasterOfOne · 04/08/2024 22:19

*PG tips troll

Allofaflutter · 04/08/2024 22:19

Aldi do a Jaffa cake one but not sure what they are like as I haven’t dared yet.

Xiaoxiong · 04/08/2024 22:20

I loved the biscuit one and hated toast and jam!!

JMSA · 04/08/2024 22:22

@MasterOfOne

I wish my life were that exciting! It's more that I'm a fattie and thought this might give me a little dunker vibe without actually dunking.
In reality, there is <1% chance of this happening, but it wouldn't hurt to try Grin

JMSA · 04/08/2024 22:23

Gosh, these flavoured ones seem to be the Marmite of teabags.

OP posts:
MasterOfOne · 04/08/2024 22:24

I was joking... I am a fatties too.... I get it!

So whilst it can help.... it really isn't the same or as satisfying. But it did help!

I liken them to nicotine patches.

Interesting, thanks!
I'm yet to be swayed by the bedtime one. That surely HAS to be herbally.
