If you love healthy food where do you buy quick lunches?

I'm on mounjaro - I've spent my life hating veggies and craving fatty, fast food. I'm often caught out and need to buy lunch out and have spent my life picking up a McDonald's or KFC.
Since the medication I can't stand the thought.

I was in London yesterday and it was swamped with quick easy interesting salads. I live in a small town, I can't seem to find anything I want to eat.

Where do you buy your quick healthy lunches?

I'm really lazy, i just grab a pack of nice cooked prawns and some prepared fruit like mango or melon. To be fair sometimes I do it when i am at home and i cant be bothered as well.

I like the Yo Sushi "poke bowls" that Tesco and CoOp sell in their lunch sandwich fridges. At least the larger urban ones do. Big Lidls do a dupe too, but not quite so good (much cheaper though).

Aldi & Lidl both do a version of poke salad bowls that are a reasonable price. Lidl also do vegetable "sushi" if you like that.
I agree with your dilemma @honkifyalikebeans in that the big cities have lots of healthy choices for eating in cafes/on the go, but smaller ones don't.
