Well, yes and/or no. It's opined that Trump won't see jail time in the NY case (aka the 'hush money' case, sentencing scheduled for 18 Sept) even though he was convicted of 34 felonies. This is because it's 'usual' in NY State for 1st time offenders not to receive custodial sentences. They can't treat Trump any more severely or more lax than any other convicted felon. So if Joe down the block was convicted of a similar fraud and he only got a fine and a suspended sentence, they're going to have to deal with Trump in a similar fashion. If there are convictions in the cases not yet at trial, it's still unknown if Trump will ever see the inside of a jail.
As far as the other cases, they're all still up in the air so who knows. Some may never even come to trial if SCOTUS and a certain Trump appointee judge have their way. This link was first posted by another poster so credit to them, but I don't remember who it was. It's a good overview of the court cases and their status.
What's definite is that NONE of these cases will make it to trial before the election. If Harris wins, the cases will proceed at their own pace. If Trump wins he will immediately order than all federal charges be dropped and any ongoing investigation into his activities be stopped as soon as he's inaugurated. He has no power to do anything about any state case, unless they come before SCOTUS on an appeal on a Constitutional issue and he's already stacked the court in his favour.
