Wow. Took my DC to the bank and missed all the drama. Meanwhile, I have shop bought toad in the hole in the oven and frozen mixed veg in a saucepan. I am not a domestic goddess.
I love all the family stories. Ours is that some ancestors came over from France in the 18th century but I'd also like to know more about the ones (family not ancestors obvs) who were sent to Australia.

This is exactly what I think each time these dullards start banging on about being proud of Ingurland and that outsiders should 'go home'.

They really are too thick to realise that they're all going to be descendants of immigrants from some point. Some may actually be not that far back at all.

If it's only for a shortish period on remand they'd not get too irradiated so seems reasonable to me - might be a lot of building work tho' if there are plans to re-open it?

Don’t want to be that person but tattoos are way more mainstream. Racists have them, sure, but so do loads of other totally normal and non-racist people. My lovely non racist, job in the third sector, musician in her spare time daughter is a tattoo regular - I have one myself!
