Wool for me too South Wales Valleys - looks to definitely be a regional thing, interesting never heard anyone call it Yarn.

I call it yarn, unless it actually is wool. I've mover around a lot but originally I'm from Yorkshire.

Yes, this is the first time I've used it - it's Wallis by Fiddlesticks Australia, a very fluffy 14 ply. I love their yarns.
