Six?

sunshineonmygrill · 23/07/2024 17:33

Any support during writing or completely and utterly independent?

ChilliSquib · 23/07/2024 17:34

Year two so six.

herofreddie · 23/07/2024 17:35

8

thursdaymurderclub · 23/07/2024 17:35

looks like my dads writing.. he never learned to read or write properly but would give it a good go..

could be any age.. could be someone pretending to write like a child.. could be that the child is using their non-dominant hand.

why?

TeenToTwenties · 23/07/2024 17:36

Some very good spelling.

TemuSpecialBuy · 23/07/2024 17:36

About 6.
But wouldnt be shocked if they were up to 8 as words / spelling in text is fairly advanced

Needmorelego · 23/07/2024 17:36

It could be anything from 4 to 14 depending on the child.
Do you want to know if your child is ahead or behind?

BaronessEllarawrosaurus · 23/07/2024 17:36

I'd go slightly older, maybe 10. The handwriting isn't brilliant but sentence structure comes across as older

NuffSaidSam · 23/07/2024 17:36

A really advanced 5 year old (reception)

A bright 6 year old (year one)

An average 7 year old (year two)

A slightly struggling 8 year old (year three)

I'd be shocked to learn the child was younger then five or older than eight.

Babadook76 · 23/07/2024 17:36

I’d say 6

Fontainebleau007 · 23/07/2024 17:37

6?

masomenos · 23/07/2024 17:37

I'd say 6-8, but with some sort of learning difficulty. The vocabulary is great, seems like she/he has read or been read to a lot. But the lack of spacing, punctuation is worrying, so too the erratic capitalisation and grammar. Something's out of synch.

Suzieandthemonkeyfeet · 23/07/2024 17:40

I’m not sure. There is cursive writing but the grammar is all over the show.( poor spelling, punctuation) I’d say the child is older but behind.

mynameiscalypso · 23/07/2024 17:43

I'd say 6/7 based on my DS who is nearly 5.

Shitmum2024 · 23/07/2024 17:43

I just found out this was copied . Not done independently.

Now I have an op with half the information. That will teach me

Confused How old, anyway?
RuthW · 23/07/2024 17:45

6?

Anonym00se · 23/07/2024 17:47

That looks like my dyspraxic DS’s writing so on that basis I’ll guess 26.

Holidayhell22 · 23/07/2024 17:52

I was going to say 7 but if it’s copied then maybe 5 or 6.
It makes much more sense to know it is copied and not the child’s own work.
The handwriting and grammar does not match the vocabulary.

mnahmnah · 23/07/2024 17:53

Looks just like my 7 year old’s, who is higher ability
