Our Dyson hoover was the best we ever had tbh.

Dyson don't make "Hoovers", Hoover do.

The brown - that bloody chequered pattern and so much brown. Nobody would ever spend that much on such a combo of browns if there wasn't a fancy label attached.

See also Le Pliage - when I was young, our grannies all had nylon bags that folded in to pouches, and none of us would have been seen dead with them.

I have actually come back round to Hotel Chocolat. Didn’t think I liked it, but pinched some of my husband’s at Easter and it was actually very good, although I guess it wouldn’t be across the board.

I’m a Mulberry sheep though. Have had them in use for years, without mollycoddling, and they still look fabulous.

Who cares if it's a bloody hoover or a vacuum cleaner. Most people call them all hoovers.

Bippertyboo2 · 23/07/2024 18:56

Cadbury has been rank since Kraft took them over.
Bloody Five Guys. Jumped up Big Mac at extortionate prices. The chips are pretty good though.

Charlotte Tillbury

I was going to say this. 💯

Lorelaigilmore88 · 23/07/2024 19:25

Radley and Mulberry bags. Urgh.
Seasalt clothes. Everything i have seen from there is totally frumpy and awful.
Clinique.
Fever tree.

littleburn · 23/07/2024 19:26

Hush. The quality is very hit and miss.

Jo Malone. The scents are lovely but they're very dilute (colognes) and only last a few hours.

Acornsoup · 23/07/2024 19:28

Rolex always look like knock offs

Agreed.

Also Louis Vuitton

Purplecatshopaholic · 23/07/2024 19:39

My hoover is a Dyson, and it’s still a bit shit, lol.
Cadbury chocolate.
Fairfax and Favor.
I used to love All Saints but again, the quality is not what it was.

sciencemama · 23/07/2024 19:51

Starbucks and Costa
Tony's chocaloney and hersheys
Heinz - shops own brand beans and ketchup seem fine to me!

LoobyDoop2 · 23/07/2024 20:57

Zara. Everyone who isn’t a fashion journalist knows it’s badly made crap.

PullUpTheDrawbridge · 23/07/2024 22:33

Hush. Shocking customer service. Shoddy quality.

loropianalover · 23/07/2024 22:39

Hermes!

I’m an avid shopper and Hermes do have some lovely accessories and homeware, but you’re paying premium prices for the pleasure of poor customer service, and being tricked into thinking that you’re getting one over on a rude SA by ‘showing them’ you can spend loads and get a quota bag. Birkins and Kelly’s don’t appeal to me, I like the Picotin style but not the brand.
