Incident at Trum rally shots fired

Just heard on breaking news some sort of quite serious incident at Trump rally. Shots fired. Trump seeems to be badly shaken up. And general panic. Very worrying. Hope nobody is hurt

Yes, just on Sky News now, does appear to be an assassination attempt or similar, Trump looks to be ok.

This election is going to be a nightmare in so many ways.

Because it's a stunt to gain more support? Cynical but I wouldn't put it past him.

I suppose guns are allowed at Trump rallies.

Some will be disappointed that he's not dead.

And soon the conspiracy theories will begin. Inside pretend hit?

He was the cause of an insurrection to overturn a legitimate presidential election. The insurrection threatened the lives of the entire Congress. He gets what he gets.

Was it an air rifle or something? The footage shows him get hit in the ear, but he doesnt seem badly hurt. If it was a proper gun, he would have been a goner.

The news this morning says one spectator was killed and two others critically injured. And they don't know the weapon exactly but it was shot from a rooftop and the shooter was then shot and killed by the secret service.

To be honest, I'm surprised no one has made an attempt sooner. But this is not going to hurt his campaign...

2 people died.

Also the shooter has been killed and named.

Not going to deny my original thought went to conspiracy theory too before I saw all the info. Such is the type of bloke a trump is.

rubbish, a surge of adrenalin is a completely normal reaction. That is exactly what adrenalin is for, make you get up and fight in a dangerous situation when you are injured

Wouldn’t be surprised if this was a set up. Astonishing no one has tried sooner, convenient it grazed his ear. Just enough blood to make a good headline.

Last night they interviewed somebody who actually saw this shooter on the roof with a gun and were pointing up at him. But the security people didn't seem to be doing anything for two or three minutes.
