I love that I stick at things or if I fall off, I jump back on.

I love my nails, long and strong.

The love handles I've been growing the last three months. It's taken dedication.

My feet. They are wrinkly and funny but they’ve carried me far. Sadly nobody I know likes giving foot rubs.

Absolutely fuck all knocks me around for long.
Im as resilient as stone bastard henge.

Also a talented swearer.

Hâve to say resilience too. I didn't always have it but fuck me it's developed like a superpower 🙌🏻

Thick, long silky hair. Not a single grey and I'm almost 40.

I’m a really good gardener. I can cook well and keep a nice home. I’m on top of my shit and have l worked hard to keep my weight under control.

I like unusual things that others think are boring, but I'm very proud of being weird and boring 💪
Also I have great smooth feet for 47, and a pretty good body.

I’ve been through a lot so I’m incredibly strong.

I’m funny.

I have a lot of empathy.

I love that my children feel comfortable enough to tell me anything.

My body is pretty reliable, mechanically. I'm 61 and can still run 10k comfortably. Can still do anything physical I set my mind to, swimming, cycling etc.

My hard earned confidence, my 6ft height. The fact that for the first time in my life I am now better looking than most women my age.

I'm a good listener.
I feel blessed my family can come to me for anything.
I'm a great baker/ cook/ great at sewing.
Physically my best feature is my smooth skin for a 66 year old.

I'm a nice boss, have thick shiny hair, long eyelashes, am as strong as an ox, and I get shit done!
Also have many funny stories about myself that have people creased, my adventures are amusing it seems.

I can make people laugh. I’m good at my job. I can do mass catering at the drop of a hat. My children seem to have done ok.

I have never really given a fuck about what I look like. I am told I am averagely attractive but it doesn't interest me. This has made aging very easy.
I have ADHD and can think about many things at the same time meaning my life is very full and exciting!

I like that I can easily put myself in other's shoes, and I'm very non-judgemental and understanding. Everybody's battle and all that.
It's a quality my lovely mum has passed down to me, I've seen her shine through in some situations I've been in and it's brought a smile to my face.

That I’m resilient when dealing with situations for years that other people crumble within weeks.

That I can find humour in the darkest situations.

I never get bored, I always can find something creative to occupy my mind even if it’s just daydreaming, I can watch an entire films worth of entertainment in my brain.

I know exactly what colour goes with what, I can create jewellery based colour themes or pictures or memories of places. I can draw pretty well.

I have nice eyes, high cheekbones, a decent waist and long hair. chronic pain has made me appreciate the parts of my body that still work.

I'm not beautiful or particularly clever but I'm just nice. People often ask me to look after their kids when they have emergencies and they know I'll be kind and fun and reliable. It happened this morning and I just suddenly thought, I love that sort of person, so I guess that means I love me!

I'm very easy going , I'm funny and I'm kind I'll help anyone anyway I can .

I love how passionate I am about making a fair and equal society.
I love how strong and confident I am.
I love how I always want to know more, learn more and grow more. It does mean I struggle to stick at things, but also has given me such a wealth of knowledge about so many different things. The day I stop learning is the day I die.
I love my body, it is a really nice hourglass shape. I love my long, thick hair, and I think I have a pleasant face.
I love that I'm nice, and kind which some people might think as boring and dull, but I'm proud of those attributes. But I am also a fierce warrior if I'm ever wronged, I am not afraid to stick up for myself - or anyone else - and I always try and follow my conscience and not the crowd.
