Warrington planning
This is the planning reference if anyone wants to have a nose. Owner of 30 Mill Avenue sold off some land and next door house also sold off some land.
It was previously agricultural, then became a garden and a brook was rerouted to do so. Planning objections were around parking as it's in a very small cul-de-sac.
Not sure what has gone on though as planning details say back door has to be white, and 'parking' area has to be slabs suitable for parking, not acres of carpark tarmac.
Possibly interior design is not the same as passed plans either 🤔🤷🏻♀️
