I think I have a wee flu.

My ears hurt, my throat hurts, my nose is blocked. I can't sleep because I can't breath through my nose but breathing through my sore throat dries it out and hurts.

Luckily I can sleep on the sofa tomorrow and not do much.

Why are you awake?

I’m a middle aged peri menopausal woman with an annoying bed hogging lurcher. Once I’m awake, I’m awake.

Depression messed up my sleep schedule

Mid extension build, mid huge work changes (for the better). Work admin I NEED to get done. General Election. Basically a whirring mind.

Post meno insomnia-no problem getting to sleep but wake any time from 4.30 onwards.

Have just started taking magnesium supplements so really hope that helps.

Been awake every hour. Sleeping on the sofa in a family room of a hospice where my beloved Dad is dying. My mum is sleeping next to him in his room.
I won’t be able to vote because I can’t leave him.
I don’t want him to go but I don’t want him to live like this either.

At work on a night shift! Currently on break. Need to go back in 5 minutes and hopefully will see my bed in 3.5 hours 😴

That sums it up nicely.
