Talking about strippers and how a lot of men seem to like the female body / stare at women. Talking in our group of friends and I don’t think women are the same and seeing a man topless does nothing for me. I’m talking super buff and has a good body too, I’m much more attracted based on personality and find the cockiness of thinking they are gods gift to women a turn off.

Only one friend said they love seeing naked / topless men and finds it sexual.

Limp dicks aren't all that interesting but hard ones attached to a hot guy are also nice to look at.

Regarding male strippers, for me it is the sort of man who would choose to do that job that turns me off.

But I do quite like seeing a guy with his shirt off - wearing ordinary trousers or shorts. Depending on the guy of course. And the situation.

I just think that on the whole women - as a group - are not socialised to objectify men in the way men - as a group - have been socialised to objectify women. We aren't used to looking at them solely for our gratification. As others on this thread have pointed out, there is often an element of fear and risk assessment in our interactions with strange men. We do not, on the whole, regard their bodies as something we should automatically have access to.

At least, this is how I see it. I don't know if there is any innate biological difference between the ways men and women view one another, or whether it is just deeply-ingrained patriarchy. Men look at women in terms of 'what can you do for me', and women don't look at men in the same way, on the whole. I'm sure there are exceptions.

Hot naked guy is a turn on only if he also has a good personality. Very average looking men can definitely be far, far more attractive to me than a man with model looks if personality is better.

I don't find images of random guys a turn on.

I am straight but actually would rather look at a random naked woman than random naked man, and find women's bodies more beautiful. If I was an artist I'd draw women not men.

I wonder what it is about forearms- I find arms and hands the most attractive part of a man. I thought I was weird but there's a lot of comments saying the same thing.
I think womans naked bodies are nicer to look at that men but I'm not attracted to woman I think nature just made them prettier because me are more visual.

I was just thinking about this, I think I would rather look at naked lady too, not in a sexual way per se but in a beautiful way. I completely understand Jack Dawson on a deeper level 🤣

Male strippers are tacky and cringy and the whole concept is very unsexy. No exceptions.

I think a lots of women who say women are more beautiful and they would rather see a najed woman than a naked man might want to contemplate their true sexuality… as maybe they are (suppressed) bi or lesbian .

I have to fancy the man to enjoy seeing him naked. I can become very aroused at seeing an actor I fancy in a nude scene but seeing a stereotypically good looking man topless or naked who I've never seen before does nothing for me.

Naked men never have appealed to me at all no matter what they look like. A night watching a stripper would be my idea of cringe making hell and not something I would ever consider.
The admin of my local womens fb group frequently posts images of muscly men topless or in just their pants with a title You’re Welcome Ladies. I hate it. The assumption that we will all drool over some unknown fake tanned fitness addict young enough to be the son of most members is just yuck. Let alone the assumption that there are no lesbians in the group.
I have always been attracted by a man’s personality and character and their looks are entirely secondary. Appearance wise as long as they are clean and tidy I couldn’t give a stuff what they look like.
Willies are just bits of flesh. Not attractive in themselves. I often wonder if any woman who has received an unasked for dick pic has ever thought lovely, must call this chap immediately.

I think the whole "suit = sexy" thing is why James Bond is always in a suit or dinner jacket at least once in every film.

I thought the reason was sexism - women have to repress sexual desires and appear "virginal", everything is portrayed through the male gaze, etc

I personally always thought it was unfair there were no male prostitutes for women. I think society isn't set up at all for women's desires, and a lot of women probably repress theirs as a result

Do you not think this is because everything you see in the media is made for the male gaze - ie look at these gorgeous female curves, 90% of nude portraits are of women... We're basically bought up to think there's no beauty to naked men but naked women are sexy

Colin Firth as Mr Darcy, coming out the lake in shirt and trousers and dripping wet, would have been much less hot if he was naked.

I was musing about this the other day. If there were spa type places where women could pay for a guaranteed good time with a skilled male prostitute, I imagine there may be more take up. I think what would put women off generally is the prospect of paying good money for a one minute wonder that leaves her cold.

Random men have never been my thing- and dislike the overly buff physique- have gone to male strippers once and left very shortly after arriving. Much prefer podgy with glasses.
