The 9 year old's height is probably a typo. It also says that the 7 year old is 110cm. Unlikely that 2 siblings 2 years apart would be the exact same height down to the centimetre. They probably just wrote the 7 year old's height twice.

For everyone fixating on the height of the 9yr old it's w orth remembering that details like that can be misreported and it might also be based on a measurement taken some time ago.

The speculation about these children being malnourished, groomed, manipulated by the older child is all just complete fantasy here. None of this has been suggested in an of the information reported. The children are thankfully safe and so we'll never know either.
