So I’ve just discovered how to find all the Mumsnet secret emojis.

Perhaps everyone already knew this, but I’ve just found this out by accident.

What you do is type a word and the put a square bracket without a space. Then just type a letter and the emojis come up. See the picture.*

*may only work on iPads.

Err, for the non-oldies. It’s not a case of putting square brackets around any old word. The magic used to happen - still does - when you put the square brackets around the names of the original MN emojis, such as blush, biscuit or (as I just remembered) dragon.
