can log into the app or online banking, the website says all digital services are working normally, anyone else having issues?

It is a good reminder to have some back up cash in your purse as these issues seem to be more common. We have been forced into reliance on apps and paying online buy it is not always reliable.

I can't log in either through the app on my phone or my desktop. I tried calling their helpline and the recorded message said that there were issues.

Its weird but I sorted out a little jar for emergency cash yester (but sadly its empty!) have to go down the sofa as no coffee to me is also an emergency

Definitely. We're very reliant on it and it's a vulnerable system. I'm going to withdraw a bit of cash once I can just to have as an emergency stash.

What's interesting as well as frustrating is that everyone else is giving helpful comments all over the news, except Nat West themselves. Silence on their part will be more damaging than the technical issue. We just want a simple no-nonsense update with a rough timeframe.

Mine isn’t working, are people’s cards working still does anyone know as I need to nip out to the shop. Debit and Credit cards are both with NatWest and I have no other form of payment.

Im also not able to get on the app, but worryingly when I tried to go on using my password rather than face ID it asks me for the 10th digit of my password (my password only has 8 digits)

Mine pulled this crap too. Wanted digit 9. My password only has 7. Now I'm locked out of the app and online banking until I get an activation code sent by post.

Can't do it by text because although I updated my phone number they still have the old one registered.
Useless!
So even if they fix it. I'm still stuck. So annoyed.

@catlovingdoctor Yes having some cash as a back up is certainly worth it. Even in the eventuality your card gets lost, hacked or stolen. Just having enough to get you through a day or so while things get resolved is a good idea.

When I try to send money or do anything whithin the mobile app it logs me out .. does anyone know if natwest have fixed this or know about it .
