can log into the app or online banking, the website says all digital services are working normally, anyone else having issues?

I couldn't. Turned wifi off and could log in using data.

My phone had a Samsung update last might, wonder of its to do with that?

I’ve just tried to log in on my pc, and it just keeps telling me “you are now safely logged out”.

Same here with online bankiing even after resetting it all....and app isn't working. Have tried updating the app from Google Play Store, made no difference. Then tried deleting and reinstalling the app. No luck!

This happened last week with my First Direct app, Went on all day. Then I read a comment online from someone who had tried just switching off their phone and restarting - app then fine! I tried this and it worked.
Would be worth a try.

I did a restart and it didn’t make any difference. It sounds like a much wider issue though.

On Twitter, people are reporting they can’t get money from cash points or use NW cards to pay for shopping etc.

Not sure how widespread it is.🤷‍♀️

Im also not able to get on the app, but worryingly when I tried to go on using my password rather than face ID it asks me for the 10th digit of my password (my password only has 8 digits)

At the top of the service page there is log in. It asked for my customer number and pin but the details weren't recognised.

Now that is worrying, I have an appointment later and normally use Apple Pay to pay but was bringing my card just in case it sounds like I may have to borrow some cash just to make sure I can pay. Although this is 5pm so hope the app will be functioning again by then

I would say that I am glad its not just me, but I feel bad for you too, its stressful when you aren't in control of your finances isn't it. I need to pop out for some essentials (run out of coffee and milk, so will see if my card works at the corner shop and let you know)

Not able to access my mobile app or online either. I hope it gets resolved soon.
