Help! The tooth fairy forgot. What do I do??

DS lost a tooth yesterday. He put it under his pillow for the tooth fairy like every time only I bloody forgot!! He's just come into my room all sad saying "the tooth fairy forgot me" what do I do? So far all I've said is maybe she doesn't work weekends which is obviously rubbish.
Any ideas very gratefully received. Thank you

You could say the Tooth Fairy was on duty last night, at the ringside of the boxing match between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury as often teeth get knocked out and they (TF) has to collect them up?

I don’t think fairies are scared of cats because cats aren’t scary…but perhaps they are too chatty so it might have woken DS up? (Definitely overthinking! I used to go with ‘have another look after breakfast’)

I sort of don’t mind, but the teeth always seem to come out when I’m on my knees exhausted & then have to go & find the pens and the glitter and think of something to write. And then I have to write a little bit for the younger one (usually just Brush Your teeth! tbf) and then have to do all the sneaking in and now they’ve started to write letters back 😂

The tooth fairy forgot about me once. But my mum found the money when I was at school and told me when I got home. It had been underneath my bedside lamp which is odd because I know I looked under there.

Not sure how old I was but I bought it. But only just. I had definitely looked everywhere including under the bedside lamp!

I used “Ohhh, I forgot the tooth fairies don’t work on Tuesdays!” 😂Our Chinese takeaway doesn’t either so no questions were asked.
