Anyone staying up to try and glimpse the Aurora Borealis?

NW London - I thought I was seeing wispy cloud at first but the more I looked the more clearly I could see. The iPhone picked out the colours much better than I could but the whole sky is a hazy glow.

Wow! I've always wanted to see these, never thought I would in Surrey. Can see vague colour/streaks with naked eye but these are just snapped on my iPhone not altered in any way. Looks amazing through the camera lens!

A Samsung Galaxy Pixel6a. Is it 'Night Sight' I'm wanting? It's giving me the bright colours with that, but pretty blurry/pixelated pictures.

These were seen with my naked eye! X

@SnugglyJumpersMakeItBetter ah I’m on an iPhone so can’t help with android. Someone else might be able to advise on tweaking the settings.

@The4teddybears you might need to tweak your camera settings to bring out the colours more clearly.
